Mercedes AMG GTR GTS GT

Fitment: C190/R190 AMG GTR, GTS, GT (Excluding the 4 door GT)

Performance Gains : 12-18hp, 10-15ft-lb

The AMG GTR Eventuri intake is a fully sealed system which was developed through extensive real world testing and airflow simulation analysis. It features Eventuri's patented Venturi housings which allow for the smoothest possible airflow to the turbo inlets. The housings encase bespoke filters which help to shape the airflow and maintain laminar conditions. The intake has also been maximised in internal volume to reduce restrictions. In doing so the OEM central cover has been resdesigned as it would foul on the significantly larger system. Finally, intake air temperatures are kept steady with the ducts which seal to the filter housings. The AMG GTR intake system has been independently tested by World leading Mercedes tuning company – RENNtech and has been proven to give improved performance in both stock and tuned engines. Each system comes complete with the carbon central cover.

Mercedes C63 C63S AMG

Fitment: W205 S205 C205 A205 C63 C63S AMG

Performance Gains – Stage 2 : 22-30hp, 20-24ft-lb

Performance Gains – Stock : 10-12hp, 12-15ft-lb

The Mercedes W205 C63S AMG intake system is the culmination of extensive development and testing. The Eventuri design brief consisted of 3 main objectives: 1) Increased flow rate. 2) Low intake temperatures. 3) Smooth airflow. The first objective was met by utilising all of the limited space available in the C63S engine bay resulting in a 39% higher flow rate over the stock system. The second objective was met by designing a fully sealed system. The C63S engine bay reaches high temperatures with heat sources like the turbos in close proximity to the intake so it is crucial that the intake remains sealed. The final objective was met by designing an organically shaped system with custom rounded panel filters to ensure the airflow path contained no sharp corners and therefore allowed for the flow to remain laminar. With smooth transitions from the filters to the turbo inlets, this intake minimises the formation of turbulence and therefore the turbos are able to operate more efficiently.

With all 3 objectives met, the W205 C63S intake system delivers on all fronts and allows for the turbos to generate boost more efficiently. This results in an improved throttle response and genuine power gains which increase with higher states of tune. Since there are various turbo upgrades available for the C63S there is also a specific solution for larger turbos. Eventuri's C63S intake is available in 2 configurations: 61mm ID outlets to match the stock and hybrid turbos and 3″ ID outlets to match larger aftermarket turbos.

Porsche 991 GT3 RS

Fitment: 991.1 and 991.2 GT3 RS

Performance Gains: 8-11hp, 8-10ft-lb

The Porsche GT3 RS intake has been designed to offer a more efficient flow path to the engine in comparison to the OEM airbox. Utilising the Patented Venturi Housing concept, airflow is able to negotiate through the filters with a much les s tortuous path thus reducing the drag of the system. Furthermore by increasing the overall volume in the intake, the maximum flow capacity has also been increased. Using bespoke filters with an outer diameter of 192mm or 7.5″ boasting a filtration surface area of over 110,000mm^2 each, Eventuri have made maximum use of the available space. Intake air temperatures have also been minimised by ensuring a sealed system as well as using carbon fiber which has a low thermal conductivity coefficient across the wall thickness. The resulting system provides genuine performance gains and a noticeable improvement in throttle response.

The 991 GT3 RS Eventuri system uses Eventuri's Patented Carbon fiber Housings which provide an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the engine. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield but a unique design which invokes the Venturi affect.

Audi 8Y RS3

Fitment: Audi RS3 8Y 2020+

Performance Gains (RS3 with Stock Turbo): 15-20hp, 13-18ft-lb

Following the RS3 8V system, we have updated the fitment to now include the 8Y. The RS3 8Y intake system caters for all power levels from stock to those exceeding 1000whp. This intake system has been developed to offer the highest possible flow rate whilst maintaining the lowest intake temperatures possible. Each component has been designed to provide the turbo with a smooth and free flowing path. The intake tube has an internal diameter of 103mm or just over 4″ and has a smooth curvature from the filter housing all the way to the turbo inlet. The filter itself has been specifically designed for this intake and has a huge outer diameter of 210mm or 8.3″ with a filtration surface area of over 130,000mm^2. The patented Venturi housing has been designed to provide the maximum internal volume possible for the RS3 engine bay space available and provides laminar flow to the turbo tube. Finally the duct seals the filter opening to the front slam panel but is not restricted by just the stock entry feed. Eventuri have lifted the front of the duct to now provide an extra opening behind the hood which is equivalent to an extra 7″ diameter hole for the intake to draw from. The resulting system has the capability of flowing 840 CFM at 28″ H2O while keeping intake temperatures at a minimum with the sealed design.

Lamborghini Huracan

Performance Gain: 12-15hp, 20Nm

The Lamborghini Huracan Eventuri intake system – form and function in sublime harmony. Eventuri's aim was to create a flagship intake and set a benchmark for this platform – by using organic curves and prepreg carbon fiber the results speak for themselves. Gone are the awkward cuboid plastic airboxes and in their place is a beautifully engineered system which allows for smoother airflow and releases the glorious roar from the V10 engine. Every detail has been taken into account, from the flawless carbon fiber with integrated MAF tubes to the heat shields and custom silicon joiners. More power, improved throttle response and an intoxicating induction sound to elevate the Huracan’s driving experience. The Huracan will require a tune to allow the intakes to work without a Check Engine Light. This is down to the narrow MAF range set by the factory which is exceeded by the higher airflow which the intakes provide.

Lamborghini Urus

Fitment: 2020+ RSQ8/SQ7/SQ8, 2019+ Urus, 2020+ Cayenne Turbo, 2019+ Bentayga

Performance Gain Stock Map: 14-20hp, 17-21ft-lb

Performance Gain Stage 1 Map*: 25-28hp, 20-23ft-lb

The 4.0TFSI V8 EA825 intake is a ground-up redesign and optimisation of the entire air inlet track. Every component including the lid has been developed to allow the V8 twin turbos to pull in air with less drag resulting in industry leading performance gains. The stock airbox lid itself creates a restriction on the size of the flow collector which feeds the inlets from the filters. Eventuri's system has increased the height of the central section of the lid to allow for a larger flow collector and larger cone filters to be used. This removes the inherent restriction and sets the intake apart from the rest of the field who by utilising the stock lid must also use a restricted collector and filtration media. The turbo inlets are up to 43% larger in cross sectional area than stock and are designed with an advanced dimpled inner surface to reduce frictional losses between the flow and the wall boundary. By allowing a “cushion” of air at the wall surface, airflow is able to move through the inlets at higher flow rates with reduced pressure loss. This allows the turbos to draw air with less resistance and therefore reduce the wastegate duty cycle resulting in higher overall performance. *Gains measured can vary with different ECU tunes.
