ECU File Development & Calibration Enquiries

An ECU file-development enquiry starts with the vehicle's actual specification and software identification. Whether you are asking about an existing calibration or researching options for a modified car, the useful starting point is a clear account of the vehicle and the work already carried out.

A calibration needs the right context

An engine size or model badge is not enough to identify a calibration. Include the ECU hardware and software details where available, the original file's provenance and a complete list of mechanical changes. Explain the behaviour you want to improve and any existing diagnostic faults.

If a vehicle has already been tuned, say so. Subsequent software updates and hardware changes can affect which file is appropriate. We can discuss the enquiry before any decision is made about a revised calibration or a programming method.

Trade and existing-tool enquiries

For a trade enquiry, identify the programming equipment and its master or slave configuration, as well as the vehicle. File-service availability, supported equipment and any commercial arrangements must be confirmed directly; this page does not advertise a standing dealer or subscription package.

Owners looking for mobile tuning can contact GAD Tuning with their vehicle details and postcode. We will establish the scope of the enquiry before recommending how the work should be approached.
